Shipping policy

Shipping
To return your product please email us for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LOST PACKAGES

All Clay by Clark LLC & Play by Clark orders are shipped with tracking.   Once your item has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email for shipping confirmation.  Please continue to track your package to ensure delivery and that you are able to accept the package in person.  Clay by Clark LLC is not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by USPS or UPS. 

 

Shipping

Please allow 5-10 business days to ship your order, unless otherwise stated on individual listing. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please remember that some items are handmade and handcrafted.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that international orders (orders outside of the USA) may be subject to additional charges within your customs department.  Clay by Clark LLC will NOT charge additional charges, however a full customs declaration will be on the outside of your shipped package.  

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
